Featuring Annette McClendon, ARNP
Annette became a nurse practitioner because of her genuine desire to care for patients. She chose to focus on dermatology because she recognized that the skin, as the body's largest organ, is often an indicator of other more systemic concerns. She enjoys uncovering the root cause for skin and nail disorders and helping patients with treatments that can have lasting effects.
Annette received her Master of Science Degree as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner from the Washington State University Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Prior to this she completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Washington State University in Richland, WA and her Associate Degree in Nursing at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, WA.
In addition to her nursing degrees Annette attained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Lamar University, Beaumont, TX and a Master of Science in Clinic Psychology from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX.
